Refund policy
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you return your items within 30 days of purchase. To do so, please email info@shopclassicbird.ca. Don't send any products back until we provide instructions on how to do so. You must send returned items back to the address provided, which may be different than the address on the original package sent to you. Your refund amount may be adjusted if you do not send the return back to the provided address.
All products returned must be unwashed and in their original condition. We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange for any items returned that do not meet standards for resale.
A notification will be emailed to you to confirm or deny the refund after inspection of the items. Refunds will be processed back onto the original payment method. Allow for at least 7 business days to see the refund on your statement. Please note, that your credit card company ultimately controls how long this process takes.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns (see above). Once we receive the item you wish to return, we will issue a refund. You can place a new order for the item you want to exchange for at any time. Our policy lasts for 30 days.
